Hi, I’m Harry Hanbury. Welcome to my site!


Over the past sixteen years, I’ve produced, edited, shot, and written documentaries, public interest videos, muckraking exposés, and short films for the American News Project, New Media Mill, Discovery Communications, six Hollywood studios, and many, many progressive non-profits.


I try to tell stories that turn our world, however slightly, towards justice, peace, and ecological sanity.  It’s not an easy job—especially in today’s media ecosystem—but it’s urgent, important work, and I feel grateful every day I get to do it.
